       Moderator Application Form

       All the admins and mods will monitor the forms you make, you
       need to meet some conditions though before you even think about
       posting a mod form. Those you see whom haven't written forms or
       met the conditions are those I know are capable of the job due
       to past events.

       To be trustworthy
       To follow the rules
