I have a bit of a problem, hope you can help me out.
Is there a rules list anywhere? I know there was the terms and
conditions which stated them a little, but is there a list I can
refer to and check?
Also, I can't PM anyone, so can someone explain why that is?

We are currently working on a rule list, it would pretty much
state, no powerplaying, no spamming, and no cussing.
The PMs are sorta having a glitch... I am working on that as
well..
