       [size=10pt][i]OOC Chat Rules
       1. No excessive smileys/emoticons. We have a strict limit of 15.
       If your posts in the OOC Chat exceed this three times, all post
       after the third that have excessive smileys will be deleted.
       Without warning.
       Example:
       [quote]OMG!  :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o
       That is so awesome!!!!  :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

       2. No rudeness of any kind in the chat. That can get you banned.
       Bullying is prohibited.
       3. Absolutely no cussing. Ever. Period.
       4. Pictures are limited to small ones, only one per person, per
       day. If you need to share your pictures with friends, PM them.
       5. No Spamming. This falls into the category of 'Excessive
       Smileys' but is different. This consists of repeated posts or
       characters.
       For Example:
       [quote]That photo you PMed me was
       hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![/quote]
       In the above case, there were way too many exclamation points.

       Here is another example, this is three posts in a row.
       [quote](Post.1) Join my clan!! I only have two members!
       (Post.2) Come on people! Join Exampleclan! It is the best!
       (Post.3) Oh my gosh. Everybody is making me so sad.  :'( No one
       wants to join my clan.[/quote]
       This was an example of 'Advertising Spam'. It can drive people
       crazy, and no one will even want to look at your clan.
       6. No repeating drama/whining. If you are constantly creating
       drama in the chat box, or whining about stuff then you can
       consider this rule broken. It gets irritating when you always
       see "Noooo! Change the theme back! I don't like the new theme"
       or " :'( :'( Why can't my character be leader?  :'( :'("
       7. No Bragging. Nobody wants to hear you brag about badges you
       received or special powers that you got from the Trading Den.
       8. Enjoy yourself. That is why the OOC chat is there! So you can
       have fun, and be crazy with all the members of COTW!
