       Hello, there! ^_^
       Only staff members can unlock threads. The rules are currently
       under construction and members are not allowed to post in them.
       Even when the rules are up, a member will still not be able to
       post in them. The Rules are meant to be read only, and not to be
       posted in to prevent the site becoming unorganized.
