(and to answer your questions from oh-so-long-ago: Yes, we will
have a chat system of some sort (which also implies talking).
Yes, it will be savable (wouldn't really be much of a game if it
weren't ;) )

How long is the project going to take?
And are the espers from the old geomon going to be included?
Of course they would have different names and pictures - for
example, mozzy could be reincarnated and renamed as something
else, but it would still be a fiery fox.

I really can't say how long it'll take, because we still have to
get designs done up (which we have two or three people working
on those), then I have to brush up on my app developing skills
and learn what I need to learn to even make a simple game then
go from there to make this one (which, coupled with a full-time
job, could take anywhere from several months to several years).
About using Geomon names: I think we should play it safe and not
include anything from Geomon (even names). I've sent the Geomon
page a message via Facebook probably a month ago now but haven't
heard anything back so I don't think there's going to be any
bargaining. Tried to contact Yahoo! (who bought out Loki
Studios) but they have practically no email or phone contact
info on their website (which shows how much they care about
their customers, IMO...)

I don't mean using names, but rather the esper concepts.
So you could have a novamon like mozzy, but with a different
name, and a different look.
Is this still not safe?
