       moved the home page so it now redirects to the forum and got rid
       of the forum tab.
       this means that if you go to clancoac.createaforum.com then it
       will actually be the forum and not just a blank page

       its because i had it set up to have it be an EzPortal but i
       couldnt figure out how to edit the index.php because it wasnt a
       custom tab but maybe sometime i will figure it out and then we
       can have a home page that isnt just blank
