Krystals needs to change some commands so we can OP a channel
and have it be perm so we can just join and have it be there

we also need someone to run stealth-bot to keep in there. David
currently has one in operation, but the one i have i cant get
to work right.

Nah seriously we could ask krys and see what happens. I think
its a good idea and will get the clan more "official"
