       Rules for   the collaring of  slaves

       I know  I've been over this a few  times but I feel it needs to
       be  repeated. ALL SLAVES WILL BE PLACED IN A CITY COLLAR.THERE
       WILL BE NO PRIVATE COLLARINGS. THE ONLY WAY FOR A SLAVE TO WEAR
       A PERSONAL COLLAR IS IF THEY HAVE BEEN GIFTED  OR SOLD TO A
       MEMBER.   Now for visiting slaves. They need  the  permission
       their  Owner and for those who are "Protected by" must add  that
       to their tags, For those who do not have  permission from their
       owners or do not have " Protected by" in their  tags will be
       caged until their Owner is contacted. Rules are rules.
