Important rule

Draco and I have spoken in regards of slaves that enter our
home seeking a personal collar We are to place them in a City
collar. This way we can see how committed they are to our
home. I will not handing out tags to just any one. I need to
be more carefull of Strangers. Strangers and Friends mean the
same in Gor. Let's hope they are the latter.

that is how I had things when i was Admin sis, so many come to
get a collar then poof, slaves must prove themselves first
