       SAHP Skins when on duty.

       Hi guys, Just a quick note, I would like all members to use
       Traffic Officer skins when using any marked cars with lights
       and/or sirens.
       If you are to use your own vehicle you must use the detective
       skin as an undercover traffic officer so you can utilize the
       lights/siren with that skin.
       So please don't use detective skin too much, if you are in
       marked/cop cars.
