As I was roaming around the LS-RP forum, I found a topic about
area codes for Los Santos, felt that it might be of use so I
decided to show it to everyone: Click

I didn't make these codes or anything like that. I found them on
the forum of LS-RP and thought that we might discuss using them
on CIT.

I was going to do something similar for SAHP so if you want to
draw something up maybe we could assign each officer an area or
something, i think that its important that its not mandatory to
patrol that area though, just for RP purposes, but it can only
really be a few areas..... See what you think

[/quote]Assigning officers around will be essential as we will
be able to spread our surveillance around all Los Santos County
(as we often patrol around it). Though I'll not add these to the
location codes and make it officially used by all the ISA units
until I hear a word from Schulz.

just made this quick, let me know what you think, feel free to
make modifications but i think it sums up what i was getting
at..... i used rivers as boundaries as these are harder to
cross.

edit, i think if you where to assign patrolling areas, SAHP
would be more outskirts of towns rather than inner city and ISA
would focus on towns and of course still provide backup as and
when we needed it you may want to assign 3 to ls north but only
1 unit to angel pine area because of the volume of crime, the
red lines indicate area boarders but the yellow lines are to
divide the areas smaller if need be
thanks xxxx

About the area codes, I'm not really sure, I mean maybe we could
add them but we already have counties all over San Andreas and
districts/neighborhoods all over in LS, which are on the link on
the GPG.
About assigning officers to specific areas I don't agree, since
I think that's too much to ask to every single person, they
should be able to patrol any area but staying more or less close
to the other units, to provide/receive assistance successfully.
That's why I wouldn't ever send a unit alone to Angel Pine for
example.
I still don't really think area codes are necessary, ISA
officer's already have lots of things to learn and memorizing
more numbers will just cause a deeper chaos in their heads. But
if you want to devide Los Santos in 4 big areas for example, or
something like that, well I suppose it would be ok but, we still
have the South/North/West/East words to specify certain areas in
a city/county.
Just my opinion.
If you guys still haven't seen the two maps about counties and
neighborhoods then here they are (The link is on the GPG):
