       Your Biography - At least 75 words: Hey, my name is Sander I
       live in The Netherlands and I'm 14 years old I like to play
       computer games and xbox games. I live with my mom, dad, and my
       brother. I am a very social boy and hang out with my friends
       allot.  I do soccer as sport and I think I am really good at it
       I train 3 times a week and have 1 match a week, I also play
       soccer beside that with my friends outside.

       Why would you like to join ISA?: I would like to join ISA
       because my brother Wessel told me ISA is a great group with the
       members and the training's they have.
       What do you think you could contribute as an ISA member?: I can
       contribute to ISA by helping with my skills such as driving and
       shooting I am really good at both.

       RP Analysis:
       Try to analyze the situation as best as possible, then answer
       and explain "why" you'd act in such a way.
       No less than 40 characters in each question
       1.) A teammate has requested backup and on your way you find
       this 2 star criminal causing struggle in the highway and
       crashing innocent peoples cars. What do you do?
       2.) You have just arrested a criminal and you are suddenly under
       fire from behind you, you dont know whos firing, as you were
       focused on arresting the already apprehended criminal. How would
       you proceed?
       3.) A teammate calls for backup and you attend his call. You are
       both in a firefight against two criminals, and they try to
       escape by stealing a car, you then get in your patrol car and
       start a pursuit, you being the driver and your teammate the
       passenger. What strategy would you plan on taking for catching
       the criminals?
       1.) I will tell him to stop the car and if he doesn't stop it I
       will request someone of the team to chase and arrest the
       criminal and then I will go to the teammate that requested
       backup as fast as I can.
       2.) I will take cover as fast as possible and request backup,
       while waiting for the backup I will do anything to defend myself
       and the guy that I arrested. When the backup arrives we will
       take down the shooter and arrest him to.
       3.)I will chase them with my car and get as near as possible to
       them. Then I will try to pit their car and stop them. Then I
       will tell them to come out of the car with their hands up and
       then arrest them if they attack us when their car has stopped I
       will defend myself and my partner and try to take the criminals
       down.
