       ISA &amp; SAHP

       Internal Security Affairs and San Andreas Highway Patrol are
       gonna be working together, all merged in the same in-game group.
       We all follow the General Police Guide and help each other on
       patrolling activities. However we still are two separate groups
       so ISA rules apply for ISA members only and SAHP rules apply for
       SAHP members only. I hope it's clear people.
