If you want to make cadet promotion trainings, contact me and we
coordinate our methods, so every cadet is thaught the same
things. And as I am the elder Captain i remind or teach you the
ethics of a real TI not like the weak idiotic understanding of
an instructor in FBI.

Like the official Cadet promotion protocol we should make
something like it for TIs. Like certain lessons, tips and an
exam to make sure (like you said) all TIs are trained the same
way and that all cadets arebalso trained the same way more or
less.
Also I suggest making a log for each type of lessons where we
can see who took part of line up firmation lesson for example,
and if the TI considers that he passed or not. This should make
it easier for TIs to coordinate together so that each member in
instructed the way he's supposed to.

The log I have already created in Excel and the TI training is a
good one and will be arranged and OFFICIAL. Guess we have to
meet up Chris and discuss it, Schulz already knows and gave me
open hands on officer Development.
But right no i can see maximum 2 or 3 Cadet instructors, cause
the group is not big enough yet.
