       My name is Josh, I'm a Junior in highschool and I play varsity
       football and track. I am currently learning to drive at drving
       school :P. In my spare time I like to play video games on the pc
       or over xbox live, I also like to hang out and play basketball
       with my friends. I live in Texas, I have a pet dog named bear
       and one brother who is now 21 years old, I also enjoy listening
       to rap/hiphop and R&B music and my in-game nick resembles the 17
       year old rapper "Chief Keef".

       Why would you like to join ISA? I want to have a group of people
       that I can perform teamwork with to catch criminals.:
       What do you think you could contribute as an ISA member?I'd like
       to think I am very skilled at catching crim's and I think i'd be
       a great addition to the ISA.:

       RP Analysis:
       Try to analyze the situation as best as possible, then answer
       and explain "why" you'd act in such a way.
       No less than 40 characters in each question
       1.) A teammate has requested backup and on your way you find
       this 2 star criminal causing struggle in the highway and
       crashing innocent peoples cars. What do you do?
       2.) You have just arrested a criminal and you are suddenly under
       fire from behind you, you dont know whos firing, as you were
       focused on arresting the already apprehended criminal. How would
       you proceed?.
       3.) A teammate calls for backup and you attend his call. You are
       both in a firefight against two criminals, and they try to
       escape by stealing a car, you then get in your patrol car and
       start a pursuit, you being the driver and your teammate the
       passenger. What strategy would you plan on taking for catching
       the criminals?
       1.)I would radio to my teammate that backup is a negative , I
       would then attempt to subdue the suspect with non-lethal force
       via tazer and baton.Why? My teammate would just have to wait for
       other backup units as the 2 star criminal clearly had to be
       stopped ASAP.
       2.)Immediately I would take cover and call for backup and locate
       the shooter and perform a kill arrest.Why? Turning around and
       shooting would certainly mean injury or death so finding cover
       is the best option and I have no choice but to perform a kill
       arrest
       3.)The ideal strategy for me would either be a PIT maneuver or a
       combination between my teammate shooting out there tires, I also
       like to make them crash and quickly jump out the car and shoot
       out the tires and make the car smoke.Why? A PIT maneuver is used
       for pursuit chases and shooting out the tires is the easiest way
       to deal with a highspeed chase.
