       ISA - CADET Promotion system

Even though formally Cadet is like a rank, actually it is not.
It is a status. A status that means you are not the full member
of ISA. Cadets are like students in a police academy. So we have
set up a course of 6 drills.
NB! Read the General Police Guide to get through the training
       easier.
       - Line Up Formation
       - Real Life Behaviour
       - Weapon Explanation
       - Driving Basics
       - Use of police codes / Backup (Requesting/Responding)
       - Emergency Situation Lesson
After a cadet has passed all these lessons, he is set up in line
for a big exam which includes all the previous training. One
exam includes several cadets as a big acted out situation will
       be arranged.
Anyone having passed the 6 lesson course should be able to pass
the exam. When it is done, the cadet will get the rank of
Officer and gets the regular status on members list, part of
       elite trainings and ISA events.

I would like you to explain one thing in detail, which is
"Emergency Situation Lesson". I don't know what do you mean.
Also, "City Patrolling" is the same thing as "Highway Patrol",
showing them the two procedures (in the GPG).
Also, I want you to notice that I moved the "Patrolling" lesson
from the Cadet's syllabus to the Officer's syllabus. Because in
a few weeks from now, when we reach a more decent amount of
members I will set up something completely new, which is:
       - Cadets won't be able to use the |ISA tag, since they are no
official ISA members. Example of nickname: CDT-name|99 (<-
       That will be the nickname)
       - Officers should most of the time patrol as "Passenger
Officers", that means they should get on a Corporal+ police
cruiser, while his patrolling activities. Of course if there's
no Corporal+ online, they should patrol by themselfs.
So I moved the "Patrolling" lesson to the Officer's syllabus.
Also, the cadet rank as you said, is more like a status, where
we realize if the member is really interested in ISA working
       style, or if he's not.

       ---------------------------------------------------------
Also it's really important to know that here we are not going to
have TI's. Then who will teach the members? Well, in the
"Trainings Guide" section, there's explained at what rank
       someone can teach certain things.
The first rank where you are officially allowed to teach
something, is the Staff Seargent rank. With this rank you are
gonna be allowed to teach for example the "Line Up Formation"
and also other things explained in the "Trainings Guide" topic.
That means that when promoting a Seargent to the Staff Seargent
rank, we gotta be sure that the member is ready/capable to teach
       those things.

City Patrol and Highway Patrol infact are different, those on
the highway patrol must know how to intercept criminals escaping
       out of the city.
And I am talkin about TIs only for the cadet training, cause for
this i think the istructors need to be qualified, because with
cadets it is not about just setting up a training, but also
teaching and giving tips and doing it in an instructor fashion.

Of course people need to be qualified to teach something, that's
why we are gonna test people before promoting them to a rank
where they ca start teaching certain things.
About Highway Patrol, I'm not sur if you are getting it
correctly. Highway patrol does not just mean "the members who
patrol the highways". Highway Patrol refers to the 2 procedures
we've got here in ISA. Also about getting into pursuits because
       of reckless drivers.
And we are not dividing ourselves into City and/or Highways.

Man, I can't just start agreeing with everyone with new
suggestions, I respect you and I respect your way of thinking,
but there's one ISA way of working that I can't be changing just
like that. A little change here and another one there, that's
when everything starts to go down, and I'm not being
       exaggerated, that happens.
I just ask you for a bit of patience and trust. I'm not trying
to "boss around" saying "you can do this" and "you can do that",
ofc not, just trying to keep the primary ideas and general base
       strict.
Could you please explain me a bit of the "Emergency Situation
Lesson"? I really don't understand what' you mean.

Sometimes the more simple the things are, the more better.
