       Repair Your Vehicles at Your House
       If your vehicle is near your house, your will be able to repair
       it.
       Main Features
       -/carrepair (begins repairs) or with X
       -/carrepair (stops repairs) or with X
       -Cost $1 per 1%
       -Every 2 seconds gives 1%
       -Engine must be off
       -Must be out of the vehicle
       -Will not work if your are more 4 car lengths
       Optional Features
       -Anyone in the same group as the owner can repair at there house
       -Cost $2 per 1%
       -Money goes to owner of the house
       - 4 seconds gives 1%
       - Engine must be off
       - Must be out of the vehicle
       -Owner must be online
       -Will not work if your are more 4 car lengths
       (Will create less demand to go to the pay and spray.)
       (Allows players to avoid crowded areas/lag)
       Player Owned Emergency Vehicles
       Main Features
       -Emergency Vehicles for sell (LSPD) (SFPD) (LVPD) (POLICE
       RANCHER)
       -You can only enter the vehicle if your on duty as a police
       officer
       -Depending on the current group you are in, your vehicle will be
       that color.
       -Normal police officers - Restricted to blue (LOCKED RED
       BLUE AND GREEN VALUES)
       -AF, TF, FBI, SAPA, ETC, Restricted to their color or can
       choose blue (LOCKED RED BLUE AND GREEN VALUES)
       -Can't be modded
       (Allows for more RP)
       (Will decrease density at the Police Department)
       (If you crash, your vehicle will still be their when you come
       back)
       (More profits for mechs)
       (Able to /hide their vehicle from other police officer who try
       and steal their vehicle)
       (No real advantage over criminals. They already can do this
       themselves with non-emergency vehicles)

       of our officers getting jailed for simple driving a simple route
       to the PD. )

       If a wanted player has never shot one bullet, disable kill

       Excellent job Rabbit, good job. Just want you to elaborate in
       details the first suggestion so I can suggest it.

       Feel free to make any changes to this idea in anyway.
       If you vehicle is damaged, you will have the option to repair it
       at your house.
       If a player parks their vehicle, less than 4 police car away
       from a player owned house in his ownership, the engine of the
       vehicle wanting repair is off, and the owner is outside of the
       vehicle; a player can type the command /vr to repair his
       vehicle.  A message will appear "You have began repairing your
       vehicle."  If the player is inside of his vehicle or the engine
       is not off, a message will appear, "You are not outside or your
       vehicle engine is not off.", and the repairing process will not
       begin.  After a player type this, the following will happen: 1.
       All  vehicle's visual damages will be fixed. 2. The vehicle's HP
       will gain 1% every 2 seconds. 3. You will be charged $1 per 2
       seconds. The process will automatically stop once the car
       reaches 100% or when the owner types /vr to end the process, the
       repairing process will stop. When stopping, a message "You have
       stop repairing your vehicle." This will create more uses for
       houses, less demand for pay and sprays, and will allow players
       to avoid busy areas, such as temple pay and spray.

       Anybody in your current group can also repair their vehicles at
       your house. Everything included above except your not the owner
       and stuff. Also, the owner must be online, and his house be
       unlocked, and the following values are changed.
       1. All  vehicle's visual damages will be fixed. 2. The vehicle's
       HP will gain 1% every 4 seconds. 3. The person who typed /vr
       will be charged $1 per 4 seconds.
