ISA TeamSpeak3 Server

Vito, Rabbit, Hugo and I thought it would be better to have a
TS3 server so Vito took the initiative and installed the server
on his home computer.
IP: 99.66.184.188
We have setup channels and group privs have been setup. No more
worrying about RC being down and you can do a lot more with TS3.

Teamspeak 3 is free, unless you want to buy a server. Teamspeak3
also allows for better features.

And wouldn't that mean that we will need to buy a server so we
can actually communicate? Correct me if I'm wrong, I admit my
ignorance about TS3.

Alright that means more than 20 can be on the on duty channel,
that's more than enough. Perfect then.
