Order #2 released from the head staff to all sergeants. The
objectives of this order should be completed by 12/25/2012. As
the ISA have improved in many parts, the commander switched his
eyes on the databases and information of each officer. Therefor,
the commander decided to have all ISA sergeants to assist in the
first step by giving information on the following:
- Report all members on the ISA list, either in the ISA or SAHP.
- Report of every member's inactivity. ((Last seen))
- Report if any member is missing his badge. ((No tags on him,
either ISA or SAHP))
Each sergeant will receive a notebook containing a two papers,
first paper should be filled with the sergeant's information.
The second paper should have the report. Sergeants may split the
objective between each other. Sergeants are to give back the
reports back to the High Command Office. ((Here, at this topic))

As a Commissioner of the Internal Security Affairs, it is my
job to inform you all about my incoming activities. I will be
travelling out of the San Andreas state for a period of twelve
days, the destination point is Uruguay. The purpose of this trip
is not related to our department in any way, it is actually a
period of relaxation, 'vacations' as you all probably call them.
I will be out of the country, however I will still keep contact
with the ISA staff team, that will be my way to stay close to
what is going to be happening in our department during these
twelve days. To all high ranked ISA members, I want you to keep
everything under strict control, no need for me to go further in
details since I am sure you know what I am talking about.
I wish all the ISA and SAHP departments a happy new year.
