Small Advice

So as I was searching around to watch some pursuit videos for
fun, I saw this:
HTML http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cJK-7uP8h4
The video shows two police cruisers in pursuit against a
Burrito. The police's confidence made them drive recklessly and
at 2:17 both cruisers collided and due to this accident they
lost the suspect. Even though an APB request was issued, we
can't APB players on CIT with less than 100WL.
My advice is that no matter how weak the suspect is, no matter
what vehicle he is using, never ever understatement him and
never be fully confident that you will get him. Know that
confidence make us blind. Good luck officers, keep this advice
in your ears from now and on until the end of your career.

I always try to persue 'British' style, which is, quite hard to
keep an eye on him, but careful driving and realism at its best.
And right, never underestimate the fugitive. That Burrito could
be filled with criminals, and we all know when criminals meet
cops, they don't roleplay AT ALL (read: expect a spaz-12 under
your nose).

That's for true. Yesterday I got beat with a BMX bike and I had
another cruiser with me. He was turning around and driving
towards us then jumping ontop of the car and riding off and
jumping in and out of inaccessible places. Anyone ever chase a
person on a bmx bike? If so what tactics did you use?
