VIP status results in the following benefits:

get the driver seat.[/li]

[li]You can sell VIP in F7 trading or convert it to $ with

[li]/vipskin to access skins including 5 (not skeleton) VIP
skins

Do bear in mind that players with VIP are treated the same way
as normal players and if you break the rules the same
punishments apply. If you get banned and are unable to use your
VIP account that is your fault for getting banned, so don't get
banned!

Donator status if your total donations exceed the following:

Ability to repair vehicles as if you had the the mechanic job
(press X click on the car then click repair)
Vehicles that you repair will go to 50% fuel instead of the
normal 10%.
/hitme command to be able to place a hit of $50,000-$200,000 on
yourself with your own money and by doing so agree to give
players a chance and not abuse. "/hitme amount warehouse" to
warp to the hit warehouse.
/d for donator chat. Good if you want to co-ordinate a hit
event.

[li]Level 2: 190,000,000$
Everything DL1 has.
Provide a morale boost to their team (or gang when in LV) with a
range of 5 meters that will give 2 HP every 5 seconds to
themselves and their team.
Access to the '/rt' command (rapid transport) which saves you
having to go to a rapid transport marker.
Able to enter criminal events even when the teams are
unbalanced.

[li]Level 3: 290,000,000$
Everything DL1 and 2 has.
You have VIP even when your VIP hours are all sold / ran out.
You can own a total of 4 houses.
Police can use /barrier1 to /barrier6 /barrier9 and /barrier10
criminals can use /barrier5 to /barrier10 use /removebarrier ID
/ all if you place one wrongly. Placing barriers that blocks or
is placed in an unrealistic or unfair way like on a roof is
against the rules.
You can use /streamurl to play music at the car show area, hit
warehouse and right next to your house icon(s).
Use '/superadvert' every 12 minutes instead of every 12 hours.
Having any donator level on the forum means:
You can access the private donator board.
A forum PM inbox of limit of 1000 messages.

If your donation(s) go to one of those numbers send me a forum
PM telling me the email address the donation(s) were sent from
and your account name so you can get a special forum status.
These statuses have the same access as Junior Community Member
rank. In rare cases your donator level on the forum will be
removed if you abuse the access you have, for example making too
many suggestions. You must tell me when your donator level
changes, I do NOT keep track of all that.

Some donation amounts and times you'll get:

For every 10 Dollar that you donate you'll get 50000 hours. To
give you a rough idea of what you'll get here are some amounts:
DL1 - (2000 x 5) = 11,000 hours) (458 days)
DL2 - ((2000 x 10) = 22,000 hours) (916 days)
DL3 - ((2000 x 15) = 33,000 hours) (1375 days)
Notice that there is also a multiplier between 1 and 1.2 this is
because if you donated more money in 1 go, you get a bonus. VIP
only goes down when you're online so even 10 Dollar will mean
most players will be VIP for years.

Can I donate for permanent VIP?
I've made it so that if you get over 10,000 hours (120m) the
time will not run down, therefore it is permanent VIP. This also
means that you can later convert those hours into money if you
no longer want permanent VIP.
Does VIP time run down only when I'm online?
VIP only runs down when you're online. VIP will never run down
if you have over 10,000 hours or are DL3 (it acts as permanent
VIP.)[/u]
I donated over 120m but I didn't get donator status, why?
Read what it says higher up in the post about these statuses and
you'll see that it tells you to PM me on forum stating the
paypal email address and ingame account name, as I don't keep
track of donator statuses. Alternatively you can tell me in the
bit where it asks for your account name too and if you're
donating 150m in one go I will add you to DL1 without needing to
be told but to get it on the forum you have to PM me on the
forum.
If I get Donator Level (DL) does it last forever?
Yes, donator level does not expire like VIP expires and it does
not require you to have any VIP for the donator level benefits
to work.
How does the DL3's permanent VIP work?
It works without needing any VIP meaning that you can sell all
your VIP and even when it says you have 0 hours of VIP, the VIP
benefits will work forever.
Do I have to be online to be given VIP or the Donator?
No.
If someone gives me DL1, Will I be DL1 for ever? Will I get VIP
hours?
Yes, because DL can only be PERMANENTLY transferred which means
once it's given to you they can't ask for it back. You will NOT
get any VIP hours from someone giving you a DL.
Somebody gave/sold me DL1/2/3 can I sell or give it to somebody
else?
NO. Only the original donator is allowed to waste my time asking
for it to be transferred, if you ask me to transfer a DL that
you didn't donate for I will warn you for lying.
If I am DL1 and buy one more DL1 I will be DL2?
Yes.
What does having DLx on the forum give you?
It gives you the same rights as an JCM like being able to post
in server development board.
Can I donate less than 120m?
No.
Someone sold / gave me a 'custom tag color' can I then give it
to someone else?
No.

If you want to give VIP to others you can go ingame press F7 and
put up a trade but make sure to mark the trade as private so
only the player that you chose can see it in their F7 trade
list.
