In order to become an APB, you have to be Dangerous enough, a
Police Chief will notice you and Post an APB on you, Or You'll
have to Reach 1000 WP which is 100 Star to get Auto APB'ed.

To get awarded by

to finish your progress and Make it 100%, for Each time you get
APB You'll have +5% in you progress which means you gotta become
APB x20 Times in Order to finish the progress, Also this won't
get you Just money, but it will improve your stats too and Gets
you More skilled.

- You can do this Progress Once each two Weeks.
- Don't ever try to lie to Staffs otherwise you'll get Punished.
- You cannot Get More than 30% progress a day.
