enough, a Police Chief will notice you and Post an APB on you,
Or You'll have to Reach 1000 WP which is 100 Star to get Auto
APB'ed.

APB x20 Times in Order to finish the progress, Also this won't
get you Just money, but it will improve your stats too and Gets
you More skilled.
