- Each assignment which are typed on every rank are meant to
pass the rank, not to reach it. Stating Rookie rank proves that,
as reaching Rookie rank means getting accepted in the
application center.

- Promotion requests will be stated by the members, then
Promotion Managers will discuss it.

- Criminal requirements (such as Criminal Level & Lifetime WP)
are just to prove the member's high criminal activity to the
gang Staff and leaders. You'll be an exception if you meet rest
requirements and deserved/interested enough.

- If you were recently inactive, you can't get promoted nor
request a promotion for minimum a week.

- Don't expect any promotion without requesting it here - after
beating your rank's assignments as well.

- If your promotion request got denied then you can re-apply
after 1 week.
