       CIG Mapping team

       Ranks explanation:
       Head Mapper - Takes care of adding/removing the bases, also he
       is the one who add's and removes people from the mapping team.
       Experienced Mapper -  As the name says, a experienced mapper,
       will help testing and fixing all the bases.
       Mapping Staff - Takes care of pré-accepting the bases, have the
       right to deny base requests.
       Trial Mapper - New member of the mapping team, must prove his
       skills to stay in the team.
       Roster:
       Powder - Head Mapper
       Nikon - Trial Mapper
