       Looking for official criminal groups

       So... no one wants to create a criminal group???
       CIG is looking for 2 criminals groups to be official
       In order to apply for a official group you must make a topic
       about your group whit a brief history, ranks, and recruitment
       application.
       Then the CIG staffs will chose 2 criminal groups to become
       official...
