Anti-Spam script

Hello,
I'm trying to maek a Anti-Spoam script.
How it could work:
If you spam a comand than you get banned for that.
Why do I think this will help us:
PEople will try to grea for us so wee need to be redy for them,
They can make the server to crash if they all use it at same
time eg: pressig a hotkey like 300 times eatch.

I like this script. But, can you please change the ban to a
30-minutes mute?

how about a 10 disabling of the command the player used and if
repeated several times a 30 mins kick-ban warning to the player.
