Amber and Jackson's First Night

Jackson
"Amber, you're going to get bathed." *take some shampoo and one
of her new pairs of pretty pajama's, down to the kitchen, think
that this isn't as long as I usually wait between giving her a
bath but I fear somebody else will try to do it*
Amber
*sad about getting bathed, follow him to the kitchen*
Jenny
*wonder what Amber and Jackson are doing, follow them*
Jackson
*start unbuttoning Amber's oversize shirt*
Jenny
"Um... what are you two doing?"
Jackson
"Amber's about to get bathed."
Jenny
"In the kitchen?"
Jackson
"Bathtubs are too big for her. She get's bathed in the sink,
with the sink hose." *slide Amber's shirt sleeve off of her arm*
Amber
*transfer Horsie to my now naked arm*
Jackson
*pull other sleeve off, so she's now completely shirtless*
Jenny
"You're taking her clothes off in front of me, and when someone
else could come in at any time?"
Jackson
"She's a baby. Who cares?" *pull Amber's pants and underwear
down*
Jenny
*think of how humiliated I would be if I were in Amber's place
right now, notice her scars, go to find an adult*
Amber
*lift leg up*
Jackson
*pull pant leg off*
Jenny
*to the first grown up I find* "Jackson undressing Amber, in the
kitchen, said he was gong to give her a bath in the sink, and
then called her a baby."

Dallas walks into the kitchen to get a glass of water. He sees
Jackson preparing Amber for a wash and stops where he is, a bit
shocked. The boy turns around to walk away but then turns back.
Then turns around and then back, repeat, repeat, and then turns
to them.
"Shouldn't you be washing her somewhere else?" He asks.

"No." *finish pulling her pants off* "The bathroom sink is too
small, and doesn't have a sprayer. She's too small for a
bathtub." *pick her up, and put her in the sink*
Amber
*place Horsie on the counter, so he won't get wet, keep my hands
gripping him*

"Um. Okay then. Do you need anything?" He asked, trying to
at least be helpful.

"No. I'm good." *flip the light switch on, notice that her whip
and burn scars, and the lack lack of fat on her, are more
visible, decide that I don't care if anyone notices*
Amber
*hope that it will just be a bath, because painful things often
happen when I'm naked*
Jenny
*feel kind of bad for telling, but I'm worried about Amber*
Jackson
*reach for the sink handle*

Dallas notices the markings on Amber's body and he feels a
sudden pain in his chest. It was hurtful to see them. An
angered expression spreads across the boys face. To an
outsider, one would not believe that a person could do such a
thing to a child. Dallas was not one of those people, as he
remembered some of the experiences he's had in previous homes.
"Just call out if you need anything. In general." He wants
Jackson to know that he's there when he needs help.
As the boy goes to leave, Marcello comes in. Instantly noticing
that Dallas looks upset and angered, he stops him by putting
his hand on the boy's shoulder.
"You good, kid?" The man asked.
"I'm fine." The boy responded.
Dallas took a moment before looking up at Marcello with a pained
expression. Marcello looked over at Amber, also noticing the
markings, then looked back.
"Don't worry. She's in better hands now." Marcello ruffled
the boy's hair, giving him a gentle smile. "Go to your room and
be easy on yourself, okay?"
Attempting, Dallas put on a smile, still looking pained.
"Okay." And off he went to his room.
Marcello walked into the kitchen properly, stopping at a good
distance away from the kids.
"Hey, kid, the kitchen sink probably isn't the best place for
a wash." Marcello gives a gentle and concerned smile.

"Sink wise, perhaps. It's more the fact that the kitchen is
for food, not for washing your body." Marcelloe tries to
explain, though he doesn't know whether it's a good enough
reason.

"The bathroom sink is too small, and the bathtub is bigger then
necessary for her. More importantly, I think it's against the
rules for her to be in the boys bathroom or for me to be in the
girls bathroom."
