can't come, and Amber doesn't want to leave me."

Amber I hope you aren't too sad about Jenny. She just not our
sister even though mommy wanted to adopt her so that the mean
lady that said she was Jenny's mom can never get her even if she
wanted to. I heard mommy talking on the phone to somebody but
mom was scared to ask Jenny because she don't think Jenny like
her enough.

Overhears Ally talking to Amber and walks up to them*
Yeah me and ally and Niya were Kinda listening in on mommy phone
calls...
I know we wasn't supposed to but we did.
so mom was telling some man that legally she had a right to keep
Jenny as long as she wants to because it's in a contract so she
really doesn't have to give Jenny to the mean lady
but the man was like Arguing with her saying that's legally
correct but a judge can overturn a contract if the lady really
acts nice in court and says she wants Jenny.
But Mom was saying she isn't going to let that lady get Jenny
because she's abusive.
The man was like
well depending on the judge it can go the right legal way or it
can go the way a crazy judge say.
Some judges do it the way that best fits the kid and is legal
and some do it wrong because they feel the child should be with
the mom.
And then we heard ms womzie coming so we hung up the phone so we
didn't get caught listening... but we don't know what happened
after that but mom did start yelling and she got upset.
