down so she can cover up turns the night lights on and picks out

soon as I'm done Jackson comes in*

her now but as soon as your done its bed time

*after she finishes book* "I'm supposed to go potty right
before bed, even if I don't have to." *get up and go, come back
and get into bed, get covered up by Ms. China, cuddles up with
Horsie*
Jackson
*sit beside the bed and sing Amber's favorite lullaby* "Hush a
by. Don't you cry. Go to sleep, little baby. Imagine, vast
grass lands, with all the pretty little horses. Pintos and
paints, dappled greys, all the pretty little horses."
Amber
*listen closely, even though I hear it every night, and I
vaguely remember an older voice singing it*
Jackson
*kiss her on the forehead, like Daddy used to do for each of us*
"Goodnight Amber. I love you."
Amber
"Goodnight Jackson. I love you too."
