       Rules of the Debate Hall

       Anyone from Budding Writers should know what this is. The Debate
       Hall is where you agrue for or against a subject. For example,
       if the subject is Chihuahuas, one person could say they are good
       guard dogs while the other can say they bite too much.
       Here are the rules:
       1. This isn't a place for flaming. Don't attack the debater.
       2. [B]No religous or political debates[/B]. They produce too
       much flaming.
       3. Don't be R or X rated when discussing.
       4. Have fun.
