Training and Training (9/13)

Michiru swiftly pulled her long ash blonde hair back into a low
ponytail. She was in a pair of black yoga pants and a matching
sports bra, feet bare as she started her morning work our
routine. 20 push ups, then 20 vertical swings left with Harmony,
another 20 swinging right and then 20 swinging down. Lastly she
would repeat the whole process in her armor.
Her father, Kyuro, was curled up on a blanket under the shadow
of one of the large trees. Glasses pushed to the top of his head
and as he slept.

Mai was headed through the park her guitar on her back. She
notice michi training and smiled. She ran her hand over her own
chess peice. She wandered over ad watched for a moment not
wanting to interrupt her.

She shut her eyes as she praticed, humming softly she spun on
her heel swinging the large hammer. Forcing her body to stop
before it could make contact with the tree. "Hey Mai-Mai
enjoying the show?" she questioned, grinning she opened her eyes
and looked over to her.

Mai grinned at her best friend. "Of course I am. You and
harmony are so good together." She smiled and headed over
closer.

She stabbed the handle into the ground and smiled "Yeah I love
Harmony she's a good partner, nothing more relaxing than
smashing the opponent into the ground. I wish I had lighter
armor though, slowls me down way too much." she said, sighing
softly.

Mai laughed lightly imagining Michi smashing people into the
ground with Harmony. She nodded lightly to the last part. "I
can see that. That's what you get for being a Rook type." She
teased. "I don't have that problem, my armors super light.
However I always want a bit more defense. At least I can outrun
most, and Devil enjoys attacking from afar anyways."

She pouted "Still not fair!" she said and hugged her hammer "I
want light armor too, think how fast I'll go with your type of
armor."

Mai shook her head laughing lightly. "You would be super fast
I'm sure, but you wouldn't be able to crush people with Harmony
as easily!"

"Hmm you're probably right." she said in defeat, giving her a
thumbs up. "No matter as long as I manage to look super cute and
cool in front of the guys I'm happy."

Mai hugged her best friend excidedly. "That's my Michi! Don't
worry about that, I can't imagine you not looking cute, even
when beating the crap out of someone. You'll capture all the
boys hearts."
