"Wonderful!" grinning she took out a chopping board, grabbed a
knife and went to work cutting the items. "The blue pot, fill it
with water and start the stove so it can begin boiling" she
instructed.

Mai smiled at Michi as she went to work. She went about doing
as she was instructed. She never minded being the helper in
the kitchen. It was the least she could do, since Michi was
doing the cooking. She set the pot full of water on the stove
and salted the water slightly, as she turned on the heat so it
could heat to a boil. "Alright its working." she said with a
smile.

smiling she took out another pot to make the pasta sauce in. "So
which songs are we choosing to play at the show again?" she
asked as she worked.

Mai leaned against the counter again her eyes serious in
thought. She twirled a lock of hair around her finger tilting
her head slightly. "I was thinking keeping most of the normal
set. Definitely keep Dragon, maybe throw in one of the new
ones. Maybe Simplify?" She posed, set lists were a serious
thing for Mai. Get her on band stuff, and she could be stuck
for a while.

She nodded absently, knowing her friend could ramble forever on
the shows song selection. "That sounds fine, Maybe play a second
new song to keep the fans wanting and waiting for the next time
we make an appearance."

Mai nodded mentally running through the songs. "Alright maybe
we can do Nostalgia as well." She nodded to herself, and shook
her head to break herself out of her thoughts. "I think that
will be good set. I'll stop before I get started on obsessing."

She giggled, setting the pasta sauce on low heat to warm, she
added the spaghetti stick to the hot water. "Well today is a day
of surprises, Mai-Mai stopping herself from talking business."

Mai rolled her eyes and nudged her best friend. "Sometimes I
can focus on other things. Just not that often." she laughed
knowing this was a rather rare occurrence.

Smiling she went about to clean the soot off the counters, "This
moment is still going in my journal. Who knows it may inspire a
song." she teased.
