       Should all band members be paid equally?

       Some would argue some members do more than others.  That's the
       argument of the lead singer of the past band "The Smiths".  But
       other members of the band sued him.
       Note: I saw a similar thing with the past band Van Halen where
       the original bassist was accused of not earning their keep.

       I think they should be paid for what they're worth.
       I'm not a fan of everyone gets the same amount of money
       regardless of how hard they work or their work ethics. No one
       should be protected and be lazy about working at the same time.

       That's true, but whose to say what work is valuable (in some
       instances).  For instance, the Van Halen brothers claimed the
       bassist they had for years and even after David Lee Roth's
       departure was lazy.  I don't believe that.
       Another instance was Kurt Cobain demanding 90 percent of the
       profit from Nirvana.   Now I know the other band members were
       talented.  Look at Dave Grohl.
