Leave a forum

What would make you leave a forum and not come back?
For me, cliques of people who are unpleasant to new members is a
big pet peeve.
I've also been warned for posting too much. If you know me, I
post pretty good posts. I try to keep them quality. But some
admins don't like when I post 20 posts a day. They warn me and I
leave for good.
How about you all?

Similar to what you said, I've ran into some forums where it
felt like the members were gatekeeping.

I've left a couple of forums because they've constantly ignored
my feedback or suggestions. It does take a lot for me to leave a
forum.

It takes a lot for me to leave a forum as well. Especially if I
really enjoyed being there

Me too but if you treat me badly, I'll take my activity and go
somewhere else.

Been awhile since I had to leave one, well over ten years. Most
die before I decide to leave or not lol.

Now, I'm picky about what ones I join.

Leaving a forum isn't always about being offended. Some people
don't have time for forums they used to be in a lot so they
leave. It may not be a renouncing of membership, but you don't
see them around no more.
