Do you allow your forum members of register and use multiple

one account?

Strictly speaking, I don't allow more than one account for any
reason, no excuses, but if it was something that was beyond my
or my hosts control, I might let it slide, but there has to be
an emergency in order for this to happen

I can consider it dishonesty. People need to know who is who.
But the exception would be fantasy role playing forums etc..

I just feel like it messes with your forums stats at the end of
the day, which is why when I request posting packages I always
say one account per person. I'll even bold or italicize those
words if it's been problematic in the past. After the emergency
though, if there's a way, and they manage to get on with a
regular account that's going to be used all the time, I'll
either emerge accounts if I know how or I'll ban or delete the
backup account depending on how many posts are on the backup
account

Multiple accounts are sometimes wanted because someone wants to
hire one good forum poster, as opposed to a few bad ones maybe.
