       How are you spending your New Year's Eve and Day?

       Me and my partner are going to a free outdoor concert depending
       on the weather.

       I don't have plans. I used to watch the ball drop on TV (I'm in
       the Central Time Zone so 11:59 in New York is 10:59 for me) but
       that show has gone downhill since Dick Clark passed away in
       2012. Some years I make it to midnight our time and some years I
       don't. Last year I didn't.

       Not got a whole lot planned... I'll certainly stay up to watch
       the countdown to midnight, but I stay up past midnight most
       days, so that's not very special :P .

       We hike on day 1, so we'll go to bed at our normal time, about 9
       or 10 pm.
       Neither of us drinks anymore, so no need for partying.
