Nervously, Echo stepped onto the large rock at the meeting
point. It was meant for the leader to stand on and talk to the
tribe. But.... The healer needed to tell something important to
the tribe. "I have an announcement!" The silver tabby yowled,
slightly confident. Echo wasn't used to crowds, as she preferred
to keep to herself. Yet, she would have to do it in this case.
Mesmerizing blue eyes darting around, the healer waited for cats
to assemble.
(Note to swifty: I have decided that we will just delete our
roleplay posts from the sign-up thread and start at a whole new
scene.)

Raven, surprised that the healer had decided to make an
announcement, padded up to the rock. The sleek black she-cat
sat, wondering why she hadn't notified her that she was going to
make an announcement--though she didn't mind, she wondered what
all this fuss was about. Was something wrong? A prophecy, maybe?
Keeping her jaws clamped shut she waited for the gathering to
begin.

Echo nervously gave a curt nod in a greeting to Raven. Oh gosh!
The healer had forgotten to talk to the leader about it... Oh
well. The silver tabby still waited for more cats. Maybe one or
two more cats then she would start...

"Fine!" The healer half way spat, casting a small glare at
Raven. "By moonhigh tonight I will be choosing my healer
trainee!" Echo yowled before leaping off the rock.

gathered Raven shied away from her glare. She got her paws and,
after the meeting had been dismissed, padded over to Echo. "Do
you have any cats in mind, yet?" she questioned.

"I've been keeping my eye on the kits and trainees. But I'm not
sure if any of them are fit for the job. So I'm wondering if I
should make my choice later on. Or maybe even wait until the
next litter comes and choose from there...." Echo explained,
voice trailing off into thoughts.

"I know. And I will," Echo sighed, beginning to walk towards the
entrance of camp. "Maybe want to go on a small walk or hunt?"
The healer suggested, feeling a bit bored.

"Good idea." Raven responded, padding towards the entrance. "We
can clear our heads a bit."
