yes erm, do we have a shop or a specific task we have to do to
get powers? i wanted my character cyberman to possess a snow
leopard but i got confused cx

Simply run the power by an admin and they'll either approve the
power or deny it depending on your record, your activity, and on
whether or not it's OP.
Basically, if we've seen you around even once or twice, if the
power isn't automatic anything or something that gives your
character an unlawful advantage like fastest cat ever, or if
you've committed an offense like insulting another member
recently, it'll be denied. You're good, though.
