Hallow padded forward, the tom flicking his tail. Time to step
thing up a notch.
"Alright! Reverieclan, since you've been terribly inactive and I
have, too, I have a punishment for the both of us. Whenever a
litter is born, the first-born kitten will be left in the
wilderness to survive on it's own. IF it survives, one ear will
be torn off and they will be known as a serf, or servant. This
includes any of my litters, your litters, everybody's litters.
Now leave me alone, my stomach hurts."
The mottled tom flicked his tail, growling out the words.

practically barked out. "This needs to be discussed first,
before you make it official. You may not care about kits, or
even your possible own. But I do. If you do this, I'm sure a
great amount of felines will leave, and there will be no more
ReverieClan." He knew for a fact that if the leader wouldn't
listen and go on with his plans, he'd leave with his love as
soon as possible.

Hallow flicked his tail, turning to Inkfeather and flicking his
tail. The mottled tom seemed quite at ease with the whole thing-
rather creepily so.
"Well, then what do you suggest? What will get cat's attention-
and keep it there? No such thing as bad publicity, I once heard
a wise cat say. So? What do you suggest?"

"The punishment should not have any affect on other lives,"
Vividpaw explained her opinion to Hallow. "The young especially.
Maybe everyone 12 moons and up will have to have only one or two
mice a day?" The light brown tabby added in. She would be
willing to do anything but make her kits suffer.

over to Vividpaw. "No, that's not exactly a punishment. It's not
hard to get full." He looked down at his paws, and sighed.
"Maybe instead of a death penalty, the first born could such
get a scar to remind us. But only for the first litter of every
couple." He stared up at Hallow.[/center]

Hallow shrugged. Well, wasn't as severe, but eh. Better than
nothing, he supposed.
"Fine. The first-born of each couple's litter- which means if
the couple breaks up and the mom gets with another cat or the
dad gets with another cat, they don't count as a couple anymore.
They get back together, it still stands.
The first-born of each couple's first litter will be marked with
an easily-visible scar in one of the following locations-
forehead, back, nose, shoulder, or ear."
The mottled tom flicked his tail, waiting for the reaction of
the others.

Vividpaw stared at her mate, jaw right open. How dare he even
suggest of hurting their kits? Nuclearkit was too young! The
more little one would take it as abuse, cry, and never love them
again. "Hmph," The mother managed to release. On that note, she
aimed to pick up Buttercupkit and bring her back to the nursery.

[center]Well, did Vividpaw want tnem to be abandoned, and most
likely die? Or scarred, and be able to live with until it was
their time? Besides, it was for the future litters, wasn't it?
Otherwise all the warriors that were first born would count, and
also apprentices. Seemed ridiculous, for present. "Seems
acceptable." Inkfeather sighed. As long as it wasn't at the
chest or neck.[/center]

Hallow flicked his tail, then continued.
"I also have plans for a little celebration tomorrow night, when
the twolegs seem to be all holed up in their homes and such. It
is a surprise, but I'd like to talk to you, Inkfeather,
regarding it. I could use some help with executing the presents
for the other clans- except Lucidclan. As our ally, they don't
need to get one."
