The ginger tom was ready. He was about to go and get his nine
lives. As a kit, he had always dreamed of being leader. His
dream had, quite obviously, become a reality, all thanks to
Eclipsestar. Eclipsestar...wasn't he having a litter with
Tragedy? Huh, it wasn't too soon after the now head bodyguard
had joined! Oh, well. They were happy together, right? Sadly,
his relationship with Flashinglights hadn't worked out so easy.
Skulduggerystar Winchester, formerly Skulduggerypleasant, waited
outside the medicine den for the medic, Twilightprincess. The
tom let out a soft call for her. "Twi, I'm ready." he purred.
The leader wondered how Eclipsestar had felt the day he got
promoted and received his nine lives from the warrior ancestors
that constantly watched over them. He smiled. It was nice to
know that someone was always there for them, if anything were to
go wrong.

Twilightprincess had been in her den, waiting for him to be
ready. The medic knew he couldn't eat before hand, and she had
decided to meet with StarClan too, so neither could she. Hearing
the tom, she turned around and headed over to him, standing at
the entrance of the den. With a smile, she replied, "Let's go,
then." Then she purred, "By the way, I never congratulated you
on becoming a leader, did I, Skully?"
since you play one leader, could she get a prophecy about
something?]]

Skulduggerystar smiled. "I don't believe you did. It doesn't
really matter, anyway." he meowed back, a purr rumbling in his
throat.

Twi laughed, knocking his paw away before he could poke her.
"Come on, let's go," she said, changing the subject as she
attempted to poke him as he had to her just moments before.

"Wanna bet, monsieur?" she challenged with a smirk. The femme
had picked up a bit of French when listening in on conversations
at the Gatherings. "Tout le monde sait que je suis mieux," she
mewed, waiting to see if he could tell what she said.

laugh.
