"A-alright," Vividpaw shakily replied, slowly and cautiously
wadding into the water. It was beyond freezing for the light
brown tabby. Shivers were sent down her body, and her legs were
going numb. "N-now let's g-get this over w-with," She muttered.

"I don't know how I do it either..." Mid mewed, trying to stop
herself from doing the thing she really wanted to do: get out of
the water. She was sure she'd be freezing for weeks after this,
the water was so cold!

Vividpaw flailed her legs, also helping her to keep her head
above the surface. "But what if my legs get tired, then I get
cold and start drowning because my legs are tired?" The light
brown tabby asked, voice filled with worry and nervousness.

and waded further into the water until her belly fur was wet.

Silently, Vividpaw mentally wrote down the word 'Mégère'.
She-cat. It would help the light brown tabby understand
Inkfeather more if she took little notes in her head. "Ok," She
replied softly, continuing to move about her legs and paws.

through the water. Feeling a bit warmer she let out a breath of
relief.
