Op Afrhodesia

Thanks to everyone that came yesterday! The weather was fine,
didn't rain once all day.
Here are the scores:
Purple (Opfor): 31
Green (Kony's Bronies): 9
Dark Blue (Janjawolfack): 8
Light Blue (Tiki-Hungarians): 5
Yellow (Jisari): 0
Silver: 0
We won second place but it was a close one it was a great game
some people did not call there hits but we stayed cool but job

Alright it's about time I get my AAR done, this is my first time
with Internet since the op, so that's why it hasn't been done.
Abstract:
As Titan said Opfor crushed the competition, with us and
Wolfpack close together, and nobody else showing. Overall I feel
we did quite well, the only error made was I put too much effort
into capturing people and not enough into finding hidden
objectives. Everybody on CCAS pushed themselves to their limits
and exceeded my expectations. We also did not bring enough
water, due to the forecast being completely wrong.
Arrival-Walk on:
We arrived at Harris around 0800 and there was no staff, just a
few kids hanging out. By time staff arrived we were all loaded
up and ready to go, so Titan and I helped Kinky with some final
preparations. The safety briefing started at around 1030 where
most of the people were fooling around, however CCAS was paying
attention and Omego made note of that at the end of the
briefing. Kinky then gave the game briefing and had us move to
starting positions. We were sent to Echo base (which is way out
there).
Game:
The game started as soon as we got to our starting position, so
I gave my guys five minutes rest while I took Idawg on a quick
recon, then we drank water and headed out. Almost as soon as we
headed out two walk ons we picked up disappeared. We first came
upon Wolves Den where the light blue team (made up of Gemini
Tactical and others) was positioned, they ambushed us with a
great ambush, however it seemed they were unable to shoot
straight. I was on point and got 2 before they got me, Titan
then took charge and had judge flank while the rest of the team
pushed, we quickly killed them all and captured one of them to
fight for us. Light Blue then came to re capture their lost
comrade, but were quickly dispatched and we took another. They
came again and the same thing happened, but when we captured the
third Kinky let him stay Light Blue and asked us to give them a
chance and kill somebody else.
We then moved on Gully Base where Wolf Pack and I think Opfor
were in a fire fight. We quickly dispatched Wolf Pack, got into
Gully and captured one of their players. We then had a long
drawn out battle for Gully with Opfor, but after the third wave
we were overran. Kinky had Titan and a few others go respawn at
Echo base, causing Titan to get captured on the way to meet up
with us.
After re-spawn we went to Fort Harris and held there a little
while, until we heard a fire fight in tent/wolves den/gully base
area. We decided to have Idawg, Judge, and I to go try to pick
off and capture stragglers. We were caught and took fire, I
covered while Judge and Idawg retreated. When I got back to Fort
Harris I found out Idawg had been killed, but wasn't too far
away. I then dropped my pack and my rifle and ran to Idawg and
dragged him back to Fort Harris. Opfor then came and attacked
us, this time they had gotten so big that we were easily
overran. In a last stand Shadow X and I laid down on the ground
with pistols and shot them when they looked over the wall,
didn't accomplish a lot, but it scared them to death.
We then went to respawn where Wolfpack and Yellow team were, so
we made an alliance against Opfor and began hunting them. A
little while into it we finished off yellow and impressed them
into our ranks and Wolfpack picked up the remaining light blue
players, so we decided to end the alliance for the fun of the
game. There was then a lot of running around in circles and a
few minor firefights. Then there was the big one where Opfor
held Wolves Den and Wolfpack attacked them from one side and us
the other. A lot of people died and switched sides during that
fight and it got pretty confusing, but we did get Titan back. At
the end of it we were all red ragged and ready to go re-spawn
when Judge just fell on his face and started tweaking out. We
all ran over to him, got his pack off, and gave him some water
then we sent him back to the parking lot with Shadow X who was
getting close to becoming a heat casualty as well. Neither of
them returned to the game, leaving us at 4 strong going up
against Opfor at 10+ and Wolfpack at around 7 or 8. So we re
allied with Wolfpack and gave Opfor a hard time for the
remainder of the game.
