       CCAS build day/ game day. 07/29/12

       Well it was a rainy one yesterday. Thank you to those who came
       out, especially those that started on the CP area of the field.
       My AAR:
       The majority of us did not build and played instead. Our first
       game was attack and defend base 1 (what I am calling it for now)
       I was on the defending team led by Shadow X. The first initial
       part was slow until the attackers seemed to start coming from
       everywhere about 15 minutes in. Very few of the attackers got
       taken out the first time around. Except for Phil who was across
       the opening in the woods and was taken out by I_Dawg. From there
       he moved up through the woods right behind my position where I
       drew my pistol and called a safety kill, he challenged and I hit
       him in the leg. He bled out and went on his way along with
       blackjack who I believe Demon took out. Soon after I finally
       spotted fishman with my scope who was almost taunting our guys
       with his new GBB m14 (awesome gun) I took my first shot at him
       and missed by about a foot re adjusted and took a second shot
       and nailed him in the shoulder. From there on there was a lot of
       action throughout the game. I dawg and blackjack continued to
       assault the left side of the base with all of their attempts
       being stopped. Fishman kept doing his longer range assaults.
       While gunny, spaz, jackal, and chief kept assaulting the right
       side. Jackal and gunny did come very close at on point, but I
       safety killed jackal, and as that happened demon took out gunny.
       Game 2 was Blackhawk down. I_dawg had the GoPro during this and
       I am working on the video as I type. Fishman and jackal were the
       downed pilots. Blackjack led the Taliban side which I was on,
       and Demon led the U.S. side. The beginning of the game consisted
       of Fishman giving coordinates, and hints on where they were. But
       while he was doing that we were all taking heavy fire from the
       other team. Both sides lost men, re-spawned and moved back in.
       It was over an hour of playing before either side actually found
       the pilots. I was the first on scene for the Taliban side,
       although gunny had beat me there. He over heard me telling them
       to drop their weapons which they did, this is when Gunny popped
       up and safety killed me which I challenged and he missed. So we
       parleyed and tried to get the pilots again, this time I spotted
       gunny and called safety kill on him, he challenged and I took
       the shot with my L96 and missed. So again we parley and re
       engage, this time gunny took me out with one shot to the chest
       (great shot) Shadow X was near by and he was also on the
       Taliban. He called a safety kill on Gunny, he challenged shadow
       x missed. This happened for about 15 minutes with multiple
       people before finally the Taliban cleared out the U.S. forces
       healed the Pilot's wounds and moved through the swamp. While
       Blackjack, and myself moved the pilots through the swamp, the
       rest of our forces attempted to clear out the LZ so we could get
       there with little resistance. This didn't happen and we met
       resistance as soon as we got near the LZ Demon took Blackjack,
       and myself out. As he moved to attempt to get the pilots he was
       killed by shadow x. This is when he healed blackjack, then
       Blackjack healed me. And we were able to successfully move the
       pilots to the LZ and hold them for 5 minutes and won.
       Again thank you to everyone that came out and played even though
       it was really crappy out. A special thanks to Fishman,
       Blackjack, and Chica for coming all the way up here and playing.
       It was great to have you here. Also thank you to Lil C, Titan,
       Zipcode, and carter for starting work on the CP area its looking
       like a great start. I hope the rest of you had as much fun as I
       did despite the stupid rain.
