6/23 training
By: I_dawg Date: June 23, 2012, 7:34 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
so of course I dawg was only here for the last 2 hours but i got
alot of good gameplay to share with u all...
first game i got here to was hostages... i got out of my car
threw in a high cap and ran into game play shadow x and zipcode
briefed me by the base then i strted to move in with the team
first i strted to move up got in a fire fight killed someone i
dont remember who(i think it was Demon) but i was stoked then i
moved up more and then took out killer in the woods while he was
on the right side of the coldisac and i was moving up on the
right from their i was told only jinx was left guarding the
hostage so i ran up to the far side of the coldisac and looked
in the woods then saw jinx standing in front of spetz(hostage) i
then proceded to tactifully take my shot and get jinx then we
got the hostage and got him all the way back to the base where
we had to defend him... i then moved up so we cod stop the enemy
in their tracks after a quick firefight i was killed. with one
minute remaining i got a medic to heal me but at this point i
had no gun cuz chappie needed to borrow mine while i was dead so
after being healed their was 30 sec. remaining... while this was
happening their was like 4 of my guys in a firefight with only
carter so im jus like screw it so i ran up like a retard in the
woods behind where carter was shooting and proceded to knife
kill him as the game ended 2 seconds later... and we won...
lol i dont wanna type the rest of the scenarios so heres one
other epic moment for u all to enjoy
I was patroling with snowflake and then we noticed movment in
the bushes so i ran in the woods with snowflake doing who knows
what like 10 ft. behind me and then i see chappie clearly 30 ft.
away for some reason we couldnt kill each other but then 25 ft
away in front of chappie spetz pops up with a red laser on me
and shoots me in the head it was so epic... i ended up getting
draged then mediced back in where i proceeded to cut into the
woods and get another chaance at chappie and spetz and lucky
enough i did i ended up getting spetz 10 ft. away and he called
his hit but im like yeah that was way to close i shouldnt be
doing that so i called myself out as well
overall fun day even though i was only their for the last 2
hours
SPECIAL THANKS TO OMEGO FOR COMING OUT!!!!!!!!!!!

The day started off with Rifle Drills, led by Spetz. We
practiced the same drill we did at the last meet which was; side
stepping to our right side while shooting at a target. We were
timed while doing this, and a person was also counting how many
times we hit the tree while shooting. After this one two people
went out beside the initial target. The catch was whenever a bb
strayed and hit them, a point was deducted. This was something
we all found out we really have to work on.
Next we trained on moving onto a base led by Spetz and Titan. To
train and practice this we played two attack and defend games
where the attackers were given tips on how to successfully get
into a well defended base. Then given a leader and were told to
make a plan and commence the attack. The first wave was
unsuccessful. The second game was a draw.
The third thing we trained on was Defending a base led by myself
and zipcode. During this training we told each group how to
properly defend a base and tips on how to call out your targets,
as well as to use the clock format to call them out. I believe
both were won by the defenders?
Defending a hostage was the next training. Which we were running
short on time so we just discussed what went wrong at the last
meet, and how to fix that as well as deal with a difficult
hostage.
Next we briefly went over radio communication. Mostly how to
communicate clearly using a radio. And not be annoying on the
radio. We also taught how to use most standard radios.
The last thing we trained on was hand signals. To train on this
we showed people the hand signals that will be most used while
playing airsoft. Also when to use them. After we showed this, we
then moved around the property using hand signals only.
After this we played two games of hostages which the first one
was cut short due to a misplaced shot on the hostage which
killed him.
The second game we plated with each team having a hostage. The
side that had the base nearest the house was the winning team.
After this we played a couple of VIP games which were fun and I
can't really remember the whole of them.
So there's my AAR. Thank you for coming everyone, and thank you
for being so patient and making this training fun, and
worthwhile.
Also thanks to all my leadership, and OMEGO for making the trip
down. It was great to have you here, and we hope to see more of
you.
