       Possible new purchase

I've looked through a lot of guns and have narrowed it down to 3
       guns.
Upgraded G&G M4 with crane stock and rails.

I like it because I know G&G is a good brand and it also comes
with a 5 point inspection. The crane stock is also nice because
you can get more Mah in there.
       AGM type 34 (M16A4)

According to evike it has a small type connector, although any
reviews I've found said it's large type. So I'm a bit unsure
there, but if it's small type I can convert it anyhow. Also
there isn't a lot of information on these so I only have about 7
reviews although they all seem to be pleased.
       Matrix M4 with fixed stock:

  HTML http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info.php?cPath=21_44_616&products_id=34804
Seems like a pretty good gun there were a few complaints about
the dust cover, mag release, and selector switch. The stock
alows large types and it's lipo ready. It also has a 6.04 mm
tightbore barrel. Again I don't know much about the company
behind it or how dependable it will be in the long run.
Any thoughts would be great also if anybody knows a good m16
with atleast a metal reciever that would be great.

It is nice to see you wanting a new gun so much. But before you
get another one, why do you want one. Your G36 is a very nice
gun, I would suggest putting less money into upgrading that.
       Just my personal opinion.

It's a great gun, but I want to possibly do some milsim type
things in the future and G36Cs arn't used very often. Also extra
parts and clips are more expensive. Then my mom wants a light
weight compact gun so it's good for her and I know it works well
and she won't have to worry about it.

Ah OK, that is cool. Well i personally never heard a lot of good
things about matrix. But the other two I have herd good things
about the brand. Ether one you pick, you should read a lot of
form and review from many different places before you pick.
really get to know each one. Then you can make your best
       decision.

Ya, I'm also considering waiting and getting a KWA or something
       in that range.

I PERSONALLY THINK, you should go with either the G&G or Matrix
       custom

I would go with whatever fits your style of play. You want to be
able to CQB get an m4 easily, if you want long range and good
ROF with more possibilities to customize it. M4 can customize
too but they (in my opinion) won't get as much range of a m16.
All of those guns are good choices. Also the m16A4 looks ugly.
get an A1 or A2 possibly even an A3. they all look good. A4 is
       just plain ugly.

I like m16s for the DMR possbility, but it's hard to find a good
one that won't break the bank. Everyone makes M4s and ak47s
forthe price range. I may save up for something more like this

Consider G&P. Mine was awesome right out of the box, it doesn't
need any upgrades. Best gun I own. The range and accuracy with
.25gs is unbelievable, and it only shoots 350 w/.2gs so you
don't have to worry about being too hot for some fields. It also
has very realistic externals, it even has Colt trademarks. I
think the A1 handguard is ergonomically superior. I think the
only reason the A2 has a round one is to simplify manufacturing.
The A1 has a better pistol grip, I can't stand the bump on the
       A2's grip.
I've also had great experience with Classic Armys.
