Old Mathews Brothers building in downtown Belfast

Hello all. How many would be interested in having a CQB arena in
Belfast? Myself and the rest of my team are trying to work i out
that we get the use of the old Mathews Brothers Building in
Belfast, and it would be great if CCAS would maybe want to try
to be part of that as well. We have not talked to the people
yet, but it would be great to have more than just myself and a
couple of my guys talk with them. Any suggestions or ideas would
be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Awesome. Thanks for the reply. There are a couple ideas on the
table with my guys that we are gonna try to ask the owners
about. Like, ask them if we could set up waivers/contracts
saying that they are released from all liability, and also
charging around $10 per person to play and paying the owners a
portion of the profits, and maybe that payment going towards us
maybe owning the building, or just that being like a rental
agreement. something along those lines.

I would just do it. Make a waiver, pop some ideas around for
working on building a cqb arena like fortifications and what
not. Talk about bb regulations bios or not. Show them the guns
what they do and how they function. The rules you would like to
enforce at the arena (FPS limits, Semi only, etc). Show them you
mean business. Get a solid plan together and see how it goes.

guy (That Guy) is going to be calling them tomorrow probably. I

If you charge a field fee your going to want insurance. It's
costly, but a waiver doesn't get rid of every law suit. Also
make sure it's worth your time before you jump in, The Spartans
and a few of us CCAS did a lot of work there and basically were
given the boot after cleaning it and playing a few games that we
all paid for.

I'd be willing to come help if I was available when you met with
them, but I'm at work and school 6 days of the week so it'll
probably be hard to match schedules.
