He stirs lightly, taking a brief moment of opening his eyes to
look at Willow before returning to slumber. His heavy tiredness
renders him unable to read what's going on in the few seconds he
was awake. He did give a half smile though, before drifting off.

Willow held her breath, green eyes scanning the darkness where
the door to the room stood and wondered, hoped it was
Astandord's brother coming back to the room after drinking with
the rock man. Willow was nervous, perhaps a little frightened at
the footsteps. She wasn't a coward, she would defend herself and
her friends if lives were in danger but she wasn't a warrior,
not like Astandord, he made her feel safe, she knew if whatever
was approaching their room wished them ill he would protect her,
he was strong, a fighter but also a gentleman...and Willow was
       becoming rather fond of him.

As the footsteps drew nearer, and thus louder - they disturbed
him awake. With a groan he re-enters consciousness, requiring a
second or two to fully become awake again, though somewhat
       groggy eyed.
Annoyed he got awoken, he calls out to whomever is on the other
side: "Learn to walk quiter ye' fuckin' cretin!"

Willow couldn't help but smother a giggle as she heard Astandord
cursing, it amused the foxling but also gave her comfort to know
he was awake and he didn't seem too concerned about the stranger
walking around outside of their door. Willow let out a deep,
long sigh then still clutching the bone knife tried to relax and
fall back to sleep as she was so tired after her long walk in
the near by woods surrounding the town of Chaosgate.

He narrows a single eye at the door - annoyed by being woken.
With a slight grunt he nods, settling back down, though remains
awake now. Arms crossed, he waits idly.

Outside the door, slightly muffled voices could be heard. The
first one spoke in a rather sibilant voice to his unseen
companion. "Blessed Bryntin's holy scales, how much did you
drink, you dozy, egg-addled pile of granite?" The second voice
replied in a rather louder tone. "I don't believe it, I've 'ad
sho mush to drink an' I'm still in complete comfac of my
mandulties." The voice was that of Krakanrok the Karrek. His
companion made a noise like a kettle boiling over. "Whatever.
Just go to bed. But let me get the..." There was a massive
splintering noise. "Door." A hiss of annoyance. "That is going
on your bill. I refuse to pay for anything else you destroy."

Inside the room, Astandord listened, somewhat snickering as what
sounds like a forced entry occurs by accident into a room.
       "Cretins."

Willow suddenly sat up, green eyes staring towards the door, the
loud noise starling her but then realising who was making all
the racket in the shadowy corridor was Astandord's brother and
his 'rock man' companion let out a giggle. "Willow thinks that
there will be little sleep tonight...Astandord's brother is so
       noisy"

The pile of rags in a corner stirred as the sound of splintering
wood echoed around the room. Breathing slowly and steadily as
the elf gripped the hilt of his blade. Hearing the loud voices
he settles back into his watchful doze, muttering under his
breath "they always miss me. Seems I've still got it." With a
       wry chuckle, his grip eases.
