Ast watched the man all through the act, his intrigue piqued
once more. As the feathers were delivered to the top of the
fireplace, a lone brow perked above his singular eye. Astandord
inclined his head when he was somewhat saluted, also placing
middle and index finger to above his eye to return the gesture.
His trusty bardiche beside him, and as a matter of just incase,
he pulled his napsack around from his left hip, opening it to
look inside - there was not much of interest, until he pulled
his personal defence weapon out to place on the table.
He moved back forward to face across the table, crossing arms to
lean on it while now contemplating over certain ideas and
complications. In his left hand he was holding it idle - a
flintlock pistol, fully powdered and primed. If there was one
thing the warped ruins of Wolfsburg taught him, it was never to
let your guard down. This may feel like home, but it was far
from it. Though that was likely a good thing, there was not so
much evident corruption of ruinous powers and beings made
       manifest here.
He watched everyone in front of him from his panopticon,
observing every little movement with the one keen eye, yet
remained as still as a statue. He would make no sudden moves,
but he would be prepared for the occassion he might have to.

Schwann entered the inn, following behind Ast and Tranair. His
eyes glanced around the room, taking in the clientele.
Beer-swilling humans, nefarious looking types lurking in the
corners, a drunken Dwarf passed out at the bar-pretty normal
stuff for the duchy. He saw Ast take out a flintlock, a rare
weapon around these parts, and quirked an eyebrow. "This vampire
hunt gets more and more interesting..." Schwann muttered under
his breath. He almost imperceptibly moved his hand closer to his
mace, and resolved not to drink anything too strong tonight. He
wasn't going to let his guard down if Ast was taking special
       precautions.
(Ooc: Sorry for my long absence. I've had hardware troubles with
my tablet and a stinking flu bug.)

*Pulling her hood up over her head to hide her horns - she had
learnt that the hard way! - Ragana unobtrusively entered the inn
after the Preacher. She moved over to an empty seat near to the
others and studied the customers. The noise level was hard
enough on her ears, but the swirl of random thoughts and
emotions assailed her mind, and it was going to take her a few
minutes to blockade them. ~It's going to be hard to sense
anything else with the mental racket in here~ she thought.
After a few minutes, she waved to the serving girl for a drink,
while keeping her head down and her hood up*

Following suit to Ragana , Lady LSD drew her hood hiding the
horns she too bore as sins gone by. Licking her lower lip,
wetting it for good speech measure, she stepped into the new Inn
       along with the others.
Her movements where slow, her eyes moving over the surroundings,
       not just the folk within.
She always knew it best to be wise about your surroundings,
knowing the Inns, exits and potential threat areas made it
easier for her to gain a head start if an rapid exit of fast
       movement was required.

Astandord leans back into the darkened corner, waving over at
Eno, "Wench, a bottle ah' mead when ya can."
His legs are brought around and placed on top of the table, his
stance somewhat relaxing, but his flintlock is still held
       closely to him.

*Lerryn had lingered outside of the tavern for a moment, she
still had the gut feeling that 'something' was following the
party and so she wanted to make sure they were all safe.
Sniffing the air she couldn't catch the scent of the creature
that had attacked them which put her mind a little a ease,
staring into the distance she sighed and then headed into the
building. She spotted her elven friend, a smile curling her lips
as she walked over to join him*

Eno slopped a goblet of rosy coloured wine onto her tray and
made her way back to the table of the 'spring' wine man. Half
way across the room, the armoured fellow caught her attention.
Surely he was not going to make contact now. Passing (Tromain's)
table she set his drink down extended a grubby palm down to him
for payment, her eyes locked across the room on the armoured
male, she'd learnt that was the best way to indicate she would
be right over. A good ol' stare down rather than attempting to
raise her voice over the rowdy room, one day of shouting 'on me
way' 'be right with ye' had almost cost her her voice after her
first shift. Lesson learned. Stood there like a muppet waiting
silently gave Eno the time and circumstance to fully take in the
armoured male's appearance. His strong build and choice of
weaponry, the way he appeared to be among this new group yet
somehow also apart. She narrowed her eyes momentarily then
turned to face mr spring wine (Tromain) who was now offering to
buy a beverage for his journey mate.
"look love, I aint got all day."

*Taking the wine from the table he gives it a sniff* Ask for
spring wine, and get ancient vinegar.. sound business sense.
*He fishes in his pouch and presses a few coins into the womans
hand, enough to pay for his drink and one for Lerryn*
