Oh you know... Might go and take in the sites *he says
sarcstically while peering at the small coin vault inbedded in
       the wall beghined the bar*

*Lerryn notices where the elf is looking and smirks, she leans
across to whisper in his ear* "If you plan on breaking into that
vault...can you do it when I have left the place?"

"Magic?" *Lerryn hisses but she can't help getting a tingle of
excitement down her spine, this was why she left the forest
after her mother died...to see the world and hopefully find more
like the man that had 'changed' her life*

"I see" *Lerryn smirks, yes she was really starting to enjoy
this elf's company* "Well be careful, friend and if you get into
trouble I can offer my services as a healer or tracker...my coin
purse is sadly light at the moment" *Lerryn sighed and sip at
       her ale thoughtfully*

A dry chuckle from behind the pair causes them to turn. They see
a youthful-looking man with unruly black hair and beard behind
them. The iron-hafted warhammer he is leaning on would place him
as a warrior, but the small book at his hip and the corrective
lenses over his eyes seem to contradict this, placing him as a
       scholar.
"I can see that I will have my work cut out trying to establish
the faith here." He chuckles good-humouredly. His words
reconcile the book and the hammer-the pair realise that the man
is one of the Crown's battle-priests.

"Faith?" *Lerryn laughs at the man, not to mock or offend him
but more amused someone such as him might even consider talk
'faith' with one of her blood* "I am pretty certain priest that
as good natured as your intentions might be your fellows will
never accept one of my kind...my mother was of the old gods,
deep in the forests and ...well this" *She points to the scars
across her face* "This sets me on a different path in the eyes
       of most..."

With a purposeful hustle and bustle, Jimmy the Pint, benevolent
landlord and one-time regional semi-finalist on 'Green skins:
survivor special' makes his way across the room with a tray of
drinks in his hand. The Tavern is quiet at present and he knows
that the best source of publicity is word of mouth. Spotting the
Woman, the young man and the Elf talking quietly in the corner
he heads on over and places a fresh tankard in front of them
       both.
"Happy hour folks, enjoy it whilst it lasts and never forget, a
warm bed, fine Ale and good company are better than all the
       riches in Kernow"
*Glances over the shoulder at the vault, winks at the elf and
       scurries back to the bar*

*Lerryn arches an eyebrow at the landlord but nods and accepts
his 'free' ale, it was a rare welcome in such a place for her as
many found her scars unsettling, more so if they guess her
'tainted blood'* "Thank you kind sir, this is indeed a place
full of riches and welcome...if I had the coin then I would glad
rest my head here" *She shrugs, work was needed soon as Lerryn
had spent many a coin upon repairing her boots, travelling far
on foot was no bother but is did not abide well upon shoe
       leather*
