       ATTENTION VAMPIRE HUNTERS!
       By: guest4 Date: September 7, 2015, 7:04 am
       ---------------------------------------------------------
I've set this up so you guys can discuss where you want to go
with your current story line. There's some great RPing going and
I can see that you're all itching to get started but I think
you're all to polite to say 'come on you lot - lets go' :D
Play it out and see what happens along the way. I'll throw a bit
of plot at you and ensure you face some challenges.
Please be aware though that for the sake of new people still
getting used to RP, I would advise against any kind of
statistical combat system. Play it out, do what you think your
character should do and just have some fun. Mechanics can be
introduced as people become more comfortable with the forums and
       their characters.
ALSO, if there is anything specific you would like. Do feel free
to message me. I can't be as frequent as some with my posting,
but I will guarantee that I'll post daily. :)

well i for one think we need to stipulate times we expect to be
on, so we can ensure all involved in the hunt are with us and do
not miss out rendering them to have to find a slot to push them
selfs into after alot of reading lol

Good plan Batman, as with most online interaction it can be
quite difficult to have folks on at the same time. Maybe if you
establish some kind of time limit on posting.
Online RPing can be problematic due to RL, but with a little
patience and well considered posts the rewards are plentiful.
OMG... I sound like a teacher...
       *Hangs head in shame* :P

Agreed with all above...a little guidance is good and maybe
Jimmy could play the vampire or someone who has got a role in
       the hunt???

i dont know if it help but on a old dnd form i used to be on
when ever enting a battal or instant, initiative used to be
roled for evey one involved then you had to reply in order it
can be a bit slow some day but other day you get lot done i
think it made it a bit lesss caotic in combat haaveing a order
so peopel wert jumping over each other or comeing back with lots
of comabt to readd what happened as it can eb so ahrd gettgin
evey oen on at one time i think some time . tho i cart remember
what we used to do for travling tho dont know if that give eney
one a idear on how to do eney thing ?
and i aagrrey with redwolf jimmy ould you be ablt to plaay the
vampire/ and moster the pop up so like the npc and random
incounter. or do you ahve a ssoget on how we can do that ?

Ahhh we could decide between us an order way to post like the
fight systems in something like the Final Fantasy games...turn
based system then people can catch up on the posts and add
action with other characters before someone else posts and then
       have to change their idea???

Fear not, the vampire will arrive at the appropriate time...
along with a few other possible characters. Whilst I think using
initiative roles (like with D&D) is good in theory. It can be
time consuming. Maybe draw up a turn order but play it by ear.
Also, it might be a good idea to sticky an official list of
players in the game and then close the thread to those players.
Rather than having new arrivals jump into the fray.

Yes locking down the thread once all are in play might be wise,
or it could become a mess , ya never know, grabbing a newbie who
decides to vamp it up, then we got two to deal with lmfao

Well, I'm in, but I can't promise to post at any given time, I'm
afraid. I have many different activities and works I need to do,
to the effect that I just come on the forum for a few minutes
when I can. If you find I'm holding up the adventure, feel free
to put down what you think I'd do...or just knock me unconscious
       for a while!
